Training. The way I play badminton know is very weird. Probably haven't gotten into the rhythm yet.
A simple training and now my legs are killing me. 1 month break is too long to be away from court.
Today, Shaun and Ken Hou came to visit me.
They sat down for a while, we chatted and they left. LOLS
Didn't do anything like play PS2 games. Don't know why.

Hee Ian, your timetable out yet? when free to play badminton?
